FRUITY CHARMS TOY FOOD KNITTING PATTERNS

These little fruits are great little toys, or you can use them as keyring charms or jewellery. They only require small amounts of yarn, and you can stuff them with cotton wool balls.

This knitting pattern includes the strawberry and cherry. The pineapple and lemon patterns are free from:

Pineapple
Lemon

THE PATTERN INCLUDES: Row numbers for each step so you don’t lose your place, instructions for making the strawberry and cherry, a list of abbreviations and materials. The pattern is 2 pages and written in English.

TECHNIQUES: The fruits are knitted flat (back and forth) on a pair of straight knitting needles. You will need to cast on, knit, purl, increase and decrease, and sew a seam.

  • Double knitting yarn (DK or light worsted weight) in green, purple and red; less than 5g each
