This sideways triangular scarf starts with 3 cast-on stitches, increases to the middle, and then decreases back down to 3 stitches - great for those knitters who don’t enjoy casting on or binding off hundreds of stitches! The increase used is the kfb stitch and the decrease is k2tog. The increases and decreases are worked on every right side row, creating a true triangular shape. It’s an easy garter stitch project with a slipped stitch edge.

This is a great one-skein project, and is shown here in Malabrigo Rastita. The colour is Cereza. Any amount of yarn can be used. Weigh the total amount of yarn before beginning and periodically throughout the increase section. Begin decreasing when half the yarn is left.
