At the request of a friend, I created this sock using the Fountain Lace pattern from Barbara Walker’s A Second Treasury of Knitting Patterns. This friend had recently finished knitting my Kiwassa Shawl pattern, which uses the same stitch, and wanted matching socks.

NOTE: There is errata for the print book version of this pattern. The CSK version is correct, as is the e-book version if downloaded after 7/26/12.
