Cast on 151 sts using Addi 10.75 (7mm) needle; switched to 6mm for rest of cowl. Final measurements: 12” wide X approx 49” diameter; used every inch of 3 skeins.

Gauge in pattern’s recommended needle size—US 13—in Mecha I found to be very open & mesh-like for my taste, so I opted for a needle several sizes smaller (6mm). If there’s a next time in same/similar yarn I might opt for a larger size but I’m extremely happy with finished cowl exactly as is. Normally I find seed st tedious to work, but this cowl was fun, fast & never boring.
