Construction yields an interesting fabric in a semicircular shape which drapes beautifully over the shoulders. I had my doubts when it was spread out blocking--it looked like a manta ray, not a semi-circle:)

I made the large size and after blocking it came out larger than the dimensions on the pattern, but that’s okay, because it is more like a cape than a wrap. With a great pin it could be worn in place of a sweater.

I like the yarn which I have used in the past, it has a lovely soft hand, great drape, and the dyeing is superb.

I added beads to the picot points along the edge. I got them from earthfaire. 60 were required for the large size.

Used all but 8 g of the yarn.
