I needed a break from plain stockinette. These should do the trick.

For my MIL’s birthday. I think they’ll go nice with the neckwarmer I made her a few years ago.

Update: They’re done, except for the thumbs, which I’ve decided to leave off. I’ll only end up screwing them up… speaking of which, I seem to have really messed-up the cables on the second glove, but after ripping and re-starting three times on that glove (for unrelated reasons) I’m refusing to do it again ;-) Just hoping she doesn’t notice!

Modification: I moved the thumb holes up eight rows, so the top of the gloves wouldn’t be so long.

Update #2: I couldn’t take it and I re-did the second glove. Much happier now!
