Saw this shawl knit up in the “Berlin” colorway at the 2014 Maryland Sheep and Wool and was immediately like, YES THIS IS HAPPENING. I don’t usually find “toothy” shawls appealing, but this pattern seems to be the exception…

The yarn is gorgeous - like, insanely so. The actual pattern ended well before I was ready to call it quits, so I kept knitting until I had just enough yarn left to bind off, hence this most epic of shawls. Eight feet, people - eight feet. Come Winter, my neck will be the warmest of all necks.
