• crochet provisional cast on bc can’t be bothered knitting a facing for a swatch! using perle 5 thread and 1.75mm crochet hook to make v loose chain
• print chart on A3.
• take care to not trap yarn at the same place in subsequent rows bc you get a column effect. worth marking on chart where have trapped yarn.
• in this design, there are lots of blocks of 4 sts. although pattern recommends to trap yarn every three sts, i only did this on long stretches. where it was a block of only 4 sts, i stranded across.
