Knit in one continuous piece, Altair is a hooded cowl that can be worn in myriad ways. Wear the cowl on the inside to accentuate the drape of the hood; wear the cowl on the outside to keep your ears warm and the wind out; hood up or hood down; cowl folded over or scrunched up… you get the idea.

Iris is the Maiden goddess of the rainbow. She also serves nectar to the goddesses and gods to drink (gotta love that nectar of the gods!). This is the second shawl in my Triple Goddess Collection. Elli Shawl is the Crone Shawl.

I love how the appearance of straight lines and symmetrical geometric shapes can give the illusion that everything is placed just so, and the world is just a little more orderly. For those of us with more than a bit of chaos in their lives, this little illusion of order can be just what the doctor ordered.
Crochet: Hanging Ornament

Elli is a Crone Goddess, personifying old age and wisdom. But Elli also holds a secret strength that defeats the mighty Thor. You see, Thor underestimated this sweet old woman and agreed to arm wrestle her as a test of strength. Elli won the match, and later Thor found out her secret: no one can defeat old age. Elli’s clever wisdom won over bru...

Spun Fibre Arts is a LYS in beautiful Bronte Village, in Oakville, Ontario. The shifting colours of nature through the seasons inspired us to ask Yarn Indulgences to create custom colourways to celebrate each season in Bronte. Once we had all four seasons represented, I wanted to bring them all into one garment that I could wear (almost) all ye...

Classy, warm and dependable, just like the friend who inspired this hat design. A single row of cables adds that little “something” without taking anything away. Wear it slouchy, or fold the brim and wear it as a beanie; add a pom pom or leave it as is… there are many ways to make this hat your own!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Harbour Hat is an easy to knit, unisex hat that uses Luma by The Fibre Company, a blend of Merino, Cotton, Linen and Silk, to create a very soft and cozy hat.

Make everyday your Lucky Day with this versatile addition to your wardrobe. Knitted lengthwise, with alternating sections of twisted rib and clover leaf lace, this pattern is simultaneously easy to memorize yet has just enough interest to keep you from getting bored as the sections are not evenly spaced. If you are like many parents, you are looking for a hat that will be snug around the face, cover the ears, and keep your little one’s neck warm. If your wee one is like many other wee ones out there, they dislike having something pulled over their heads.
