Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Watching fireflies blinking on a late July evening is pure magic. And even on the warmest days you may need a little something to cover your shoulders as the sun dips below the horizon. That’s where our Firefly shawl and shawlette start to shine.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat was designed to feature the mini skeins of Fynn by Yarns of Rhichard Devrieze, but you could easily use up any odds and ends you have lying around from other projects. Mini skeins are a great way to try some of Rhichard’s beautiful colourways without having to commit to a whole skein!
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
I named this pattern Comfort Zone because it will take you out of yours…
Knitting: Poncho
Pattern has been updated to included larger sizes!!
Knitting: Poncho
A beautiful way to show off two skeins of hand dyed yarn such as Wind Dancer and Abruzzi, both by Yarns of Rhichard Devrieze.
Knitting: Pixie Hat
If you are like many parents, you are looking for a hat that will be snug around the face, cover the ears, and keep your little one’s neck warm. If your wee one is like many other wee ones out there, they dislike having something pulled over their heads.
Crochet: Earflap Hat
Notes: I just realized I haven’t put the number of balls required for the project. You will need 2 balls of the main colour, and one ball of each of the 2 secondary colours.
Crochet: Earflap Hat
This pattern is the second in our Animal Hat Series ! I loved making the ear flaps look like chicken legs (oops I mean rooster legs!).
Knitting: Shrug / Bolero
Suggestions for other summer weight yarns are included, as well as three all new “Tattoo” charts !!
Crochet: Earflap Hat
I just loved making this pattern!! I have already had requests for older child and adult versions, so hopefully I will be able to get those done sometime in the near future…..? In the meantime, have fun making your little one into a forest creature!!
Knitting: Shrug / Bolero
After test knitting this pattern a few times, the feedback has been phenomenal!! So easy yet so comfortable, you’ll want to wear it every day!! It is flattering on every body type, and keeps you warm without being bulky.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
After many years of knitting the simple elegance of the original Butterfly Shawl, I felt it was time for an update. I continue to love the simplicity and versatility of this pattern - you can knit it in virtually any weight by adjusting your needle size. It is a good pattern for someone just getting into lace knitting as it isn’t too diffi...
Knitting: Pullover
This super cute and super warm sweater was designed during Ravelympics! The brushed alpaca yarn makes it very soft and cozy, yet very lightweight! It is sized for a 12 - 18 month old, and features a little kangaroo pocket on the front for little hands to keep warm!
Knitting: Cardigan
This sweater was originally sold as a kit through Spun Fibre Arts, in varying colourways (one of the beautiful things about Fleece Artist yarns!!). It is knit alternating between one strand of Merino Boucle and a double strand of Curlylocks, giving it both textural and colour variation. It is a relatively simple pattern, and includes a crocheted...
