The slowly morphing cabled lines of this cowl/infinity scarf were inspired by the work of Dutch artist M. C. Escher, and his artistic experiments with tessellating patterns and negative space. This piece is worked in the round as a seamless tube, then grafted with a half-twist to form a Möbius-type strip.

A sideways shawl designed with hand-dyed variegated sock yarn in mind – a mixture of stockinette, garter stitch and clean lace lines breaks up the colours and helps to minimise pooling.

Inspired by the work of influential designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh, this rectangular shawl is worked in two pieces, then grafted together at the centre; a border is picked up along the entire edge and worked in the round, and finally a lace edging is knitted on perpendicularly.

Hildina is a top-down triangular shawl, featuring a plain stocking stitch section and a lace edging with Estonian-style motifs; it can be easily customised to be larger or smaller. A versatile crescent-shaped shawl that can be worn like a scarf, draped around your shoulders or fastened with a ribbon through the eyelets at the neck edge. The lace edging is worked first, followed by the crescent body which is shaped with a series of simple short rows.
