Venus is a new yarn from Patons with a thick and thin cotton feel to it. With 55% cotton, 40% acrylic and 5% nylon, it is very soft around the neck. This soft piece can be made as either a short summer scarf or cowl. For the cowl, just sew the ends together and wrap it around your neck twice!

This is a fingerless glove pattern adapted from a pattern in a book I found, I used one skein of each yarn. I knitted this using four double pointed needles, but you can also use two circular needles if you prefer.

Sample: 1 skein Red Heart Boutique Sashay “Conga” green (30 yds ruffle yarn), Homespun Fawn and Olive, 1 skein each. If you want to use one color of Homespun, 1 skein is enough (about 185 yds).
