Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
When I first squished this lovely Fibernymph yarn, I knew I wanted to create a shawl that I could just throw on during the heat of the summer when I entered a buildingʼs cool air conditioning. I designed this shawl to be a totally reversible piece, just in case I didnʼt have time to style it before meeting family or friends.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Sock pattern from the Camp KIP 2011 goodie bag. If you received the pattern as a booklet at Camp KIP, pages 2 and 3 were reversed in the printing process. Page 2 contains the cuff pattern chart and leg directions. Simple cables and lace combine with ribbing for a lovely top-down sock.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Mahalo is the Hawaiian word for thank you. My best friend and I have been recording a podcast, theknitgirllls, for several years now, and we have always been blown away by the generosity and participation of the viewers in the podcast community. We wanted to do something small as a way of saying thanks, and so the Mahalo hat was born.
