Knitting: Boot Cuffs / Toppers
If you’re a fan of the Starz Outlander series then this is the pattern for you. It’s my interpretation of the boot toppers that the men from Clan MacKenzie wear in the first season. Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I like designing critter hats. This one, an Eagle Hat is the latest in my pattern inventory. I especially like the hooked beak.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Based on the lovely shawl Claire wears on her trip with the MacKenzies, this design features intarsia stripes for an interesting knit. Use a kilt pin, other decorative brooch, or shawl pin to close at the front edge.

If you’re a fan of the Starz Outlander series than this is the pattern for you. It’s my interpretation of Claire’s Capelet from episode 104 “The Gathering.”
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
Are you an Outlander fan? If you’ve been watching this series on Starz network, you no doubt have been fascinated by the wonderful costumes. I especially liked Mrs. Fitz’s Mitts. Animal hats are always fun and entertaining no matter what age. I created this beaver hat for my friend who collects all things beaver. I especially love his teeth.

Who doesn’t need an adorable bear hat for the cold weather? This one gets tons of praise and is whimsical for all ages. Knit it up in brown, black or white - depending on which species of bear is your favorite. Or be creative with your colors.

Knitting: Christmas Stocking
This stocking knits up so quickly that you could make one, two or maybe more for the holidays this year. I was inspired by my friend James - aka KiwiKiltedKnitter - who gifted me a set of his JOY Mini Christmas Stockings. They’re so cute that I wanted to Jumbo-size them.
