Here’s a simple scarf pattern. The brioche stitch/garter stitch squares create a warm and interesting fabric. You can easily adjust the pattern and make the scarf as wide and long as you like.

Hier nun endlich die deutsche Anleitung. Bei diesem Jäckchen im Patchworkstil wird zuerst ein Rahmen aus Quadraten gestrickt. Dann werden daran Maschen aufgenommen und die Ärmel angestrickt.

The longies are knitted sideways in garter stitch (Knit Right side and knit Wrong side). You knit the longies in one piece and then add garter ridges for the waist.

A baby jacket in garter stitch. For Size S (3-6 months) 100 grams/ 440-460 yards of sock yarn will be enough. For Size M (6-9 months) you will need 100-110 grams.

These are the same socks as in my German shamrock socks pattern.

You have leftover sock yarn? You only need about 35 grams for each pair of these socks. Best way to impress non-knitters. They are much easier to knit than they look like.
