The annual Australian Sheep and Wool Show in Bendigo is a winter highlight on every Australian yarn lover’s calendar, and the icy-cold mid-winter weather means a cosy pair of cabled socks is a must!
Sporting beautiful and easy braids and cables, these socks are a fun and addictive knit that will match your Sheep Show Mitts and Hat for the perfect winter set.
The pattern is written for fingering weight (4ply) yarn – you could choose a special single skein or use a combination of yarns and have fun with colour.
Whip out those needles and enjoy knitting up these warm and gorgeous socks!
This pattern has been tech edited and fully tested. I warmly welcome any feedback or questions about the pattern.
Happy making!
