Women’s Selbu Glove

Stranded knitting in Selbu motifs creates a stunning, uniquely beautiful glove. Made in wool, these glove are extremely warm and a pleasure to knit.

The finished size from bottom of cuff to top of middle finger is 10 inches (excluding cuff, 6.5 inches). Width across hand is 3.75 inches.

Experience with mittens is suggested before trying gloves, but if you are an adventurer feel free to give it a go either way! The most challenging aspect will be dividing stitches for the fingers. I’ve given guidelines in the pattern, but you’ll need to spend a little time and thought to be sure your fingers align with the hand pattern.
