Welcome! I’m Sloane. I want to help you make stylish, functional knits that are as fun to make as they are to wear. I design garments and accessories, have a soft spot for cabled sweaters, and love working with and supporting independent yarn producers who are bringing great yarns into our knitting lives.

I was born and raised in D.C., but I now live in Northern California with my husband and two children. In addition to my self-published individual patterns, you can find my work in By Hand Serial, Knit.Wear, Wool Studio, and Interweave Knits, and in two books of accessory patterns featuring unique, small-batch yarns, called Independent Fabrication Volume 1 and Volume 2 (both available from Sandreed Press).
