For those people truly ADDICTED to KNITTING.
The other day I packed a new project to take along and start but forgot the needles. AHHHHHHH! What to do? What to do? I was knittingless. Well necessity is the mother of Invention.
This scarf is made with two strands of worsted yarn using your 4 fingers as needles, it is quick, fun, and easy to make. The pattern is a photo-tutorial and shows you how to finger knit, joining the strips of knitting together as you knit for a wider scarf. There is no gauge as your fingers are a different size than mine.
The scarf only takes about 3 hours to complete but if you are planing a larger project (the baby blanket in the bottom picture) a small stitch holder is a must as you can’t put this down without putting the 4sts onto a holder. You are truly attached to your knitting.
There is also a pattern for the No Needles Slouchy Hat.
