On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me…
Yarn? You’ve got to be kidding!
On the second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me..
Yarn? Again??!!
On the third day of Christmas, my true love gave to me…
Yarn? This is getting old.
…9 days later…
On the 12th day of Christmas, my true love gave to me…
Now I get it! A shawl!!! In pieces!

Do you have a yarn Advent calendar that needs the perfect project? Do you have a collection of mini-skeins that need something to do?

Twelfth Night is a rectangular shawl with a scalloped border at each end. It has a number of special stitches sure to keep knitters on their toes.

Designed for a 100-gram skein main color and 11 contrasting colors. One can easily repeat sections to make it longer so it would work wonderfully for larger mini sets.

If you don’t have a 100-gram skein, that’s no problem. You can easily substitute with multiple minis. Use the diagram in the pattern to plan your colors.

Important: the pattern includes 8 charts, so you must be comfortable reading them.

Errata:
Chart 5: when working the stitches in the clusters, wrap the yarn twice for each stitch.
Chart 6: missing yo in rows 19 and 21, missing k2tog in row 15. The most recent pattern is correct.
