I <3 Ikat and when you wear this hat a certain way it gives you cat ears - so cute! So it’s an Ikat hat that makes you a cat - Ikat? Icat? Ikhat? :D

SK8 to Kristy’s is a scarf or cowl knitted flat on circular needles. It’s knit in garter stitch with short row shaping and 1/4 circle decreases to create a cute swoop at one end. It feels very retro/roller skating rink in design. It is very versatile as it can be knit in any weight from lace to bulky.

I created this eyelet heart for my very first pattern (Bottom of My Heart Shawl) and also published the free (single heart) chart as a washcloth pattern. Eventually, I got the idea that I should make a cowl and hat with the chart and here we are! Happy knitting!

Saguaro + brioche = Saguaroche is a brioche colorwork cowl pattern. Don’t worry, it’s not stranded, just worked by alternating the brioche stitches used. BONUS!~ the wrong side of the cowl isn’t something you’ll have to keep hidden - the cacti are just slimmer versions of the front side in the opposite color.
Knitting: Poncho
When finding a name for this one, my friend said it reminded her of cupcake papers and “I Am the Frosting” was born.

This is an intermediate/advanced hat pattern based on the knit texture of the Sweet Someyeh and Lovely Lili patterns. A picture tutorial to help with the odd stitches is included on the download page and you can also find videos for them HERE.

I used EVERY bit of 2 skeins of Malabrigo Rasta, so I would suggest erring on the side of too much when purchasing your yarn for this project.

Sweet Someyeh is my beautiful friend and a beautiful 48-inch(122cm) chevron-textured cowl that guzzles yarn. It’s a 4+1 stitch pattern over 12-row repeat. There is a 24-inch(61cm) version called Lovely Lili.
Knitting: Scarf
Three sizes of honeycomb patterns come together to create the ultimate large scarf. Soft and washable, Lion Brand Amazing Lace is a pleasure to work with and will make you want all the scarf neck cuddles!

Knitting: Hanging Ornament
This is a pattern for a cute little ornament slightly larger than a baseball.

This is a simple brioche scarf, worked flat without any brioche increases or brioche decreases.

I wasn’t quite happy with any of the lace hearts already out there, so I decided to make one the way I wanted it. I needed a chart for it since I’ll be including it in a future creation. So I figured I’d make it into a washcloth since that only requires adding a border.
