I am a self-taught knitter. My very first project was actually a two-color Norwegian Sweater by Dale. I was ambitious, and I even did the steek courageously. The cardigan turned out slightly big due to not knowing the importance of swatch. I didn’t know that I was only supposed to knit simple stuff when I first learned how to knit.
