A good friend of mine has been very passionate about the sea/nautical theme lately. She has asked me to come up with some seamless designs that will incorporate and carry that theme throughout. The idea has been born, and here it is – my “Back to the Sea” collection of seamless all seasonal garments. This collection is dedicated to Marina.

These cardigans are completely seamless and are worked from the top down. I have used an amazing technique developed by Susie Myers, “contiguous set-in sleeves”, that allows shoulder shaping and set-in sleeves construction without the use of a single short row.

My little girl is very attracted to bright fun colors. She likes mixing and matching different color yarns I have scattered around, and has been requesting clothes made from the color combinations she chooses.

The cardigan is completely seamless and is worked from the top down. I have used an amazing technique developed by Susie Myers, “contiguous set-in sleeves”, that allows shoulder shaping and construction of set-in sleeves without the use of a single short row.

The baby sizes for this design were a long time coming. I am very pleased that now I can offer this design for all your precious little girls, big or small.

“My Honey” is the first design in my “Spice Girls II” series of cardigans that aims to bring out the sweetness and simplicity in everyday wear.

The skirt is worked entirely in the round from top down. It begins with a provisional cast on, which is used to allow for a knitted on waistband. There are two distinct sections in the skirt construction: a top portion that features a kangaroo pocket, and the bottom part that features ruffle upon ruffle.

I am always looking for projects that use my left over yarns that I accumulate in various amounts, being an avid knitter and all. I also always loved Missoni designs, their crazy color combinations, and their oh so famous stripes. The idea to create Missoni inspired designs has haunted me since last spring, so I finally put two and two together,...

Skirts and dresses are what my little girl loves wearing the most. After creating Tropical Fish Skirt and Fancy Guppy Skirt, I thought it would be appropriate to keep with the theme of beautiful tropical lagoons, colorful fish, and unusual shapes for this particular skirt too, thus the skirt name.

This little shrug is completely seamless and is worked from top down. I have used an amazing technique developed by Susie Myers, “contiguous set-in sleeves”, that allows shoulder and set-in sleeves shaping without using short rows. Sleeves are worked at the same time as the rest of the shrug/bolero.

Just in time for school! This skirt will be an excellent addition to any girl’s wardrobe, and will become a favorite piece in no time.

Cinnamon is my fourth design in the “Spice Girls” series. It was inspired by a Japanese youth fashion show, featuring tall collars and slim straight lines.

“Cyclades Vest” is a part of my “Sun and Sand” collection that takes you on a journey to hot and exotic places: a desert oasis, the shores of Mediterranean Sea, the colorful markets of Middle East, places from my childhood memories.

“Gavrosh Pants” are also available as a part of Sun and Sand ebook.

Saffron is my second design in the “Spice Girls” series. It is a very playful and very girly shrug-cardigan that features cute ribbed ruffles. The shrug-cardigan has a top-down raglan construction, and it is completely seamless. You can dress it up or make it very casual.

Pepper is a very playful and modern girl’s cardigan featuring cute pockets and simple lines. It is a part of the “Spice Girls” series of cardigans designed for every day wear, and each one has a little unique spice of their own.

“Jewel of the Sea” Scarf is part eight in my “Back to the Sea” collection.

“Maritimes” is part of my “Back to the Sea” collection of seamless all seasonal garments.

“Ahoy Princess Beret” is part of my “Back to the Sea” collection of seamless all seasonal garments.

“Sea Princess” jacket is part three of my “Back to the Sea” collection of seamless all seasonal garments. The jacket is entirely seamless and is knit from top down.

The pants are knit entirely in the round. Each leg begins separately with a crochet-chain provisional cast on, which is used to allow for knitted on hems. Then crotch stitches are set aside (to be grafted later via Kitchener method), then legs are joined to form the body, which is then knitted up to the waist.

At the moment the pattern is available in English, French and Russian.

French Me is the third design in a collection of ”Ooh la la Girl” patterns that have a French feel to them: lace elements, flaring, and ruffles; all created to be airy for the hot summer weather. With that in mind, all the models are knitted with a 4-ply yarn for an extra light feeling.

This dress came as a natural progression from the “Cold Shirt” design. The dress is knitted from top down. You will start with the neck band, and will knit it in the round. After that the stitches are divided for front and back, and each piece is knitted flat to the armholes. Once both back and front are complete, the work is joined in the round...

This cute summer pattern is yet another seamless design of mine. I take credit for the technical creativity, but it was my daughter’s idea. It took me a while to figure out what “cold shirt” is, and here it is to her delight and mine.

This dress was designed to flatter little toddler bodies. It is knitted completely in the round as most of my projects are.

I know there are a lot of Beanie patterns out here, but here I am, adding one more.

I seem to favor knitting in the round - weave in loose ends and the garment is wearable right away.

This little dress is knitted completely in the round from top down. I have introduced the simple design and you can build on it, ie introduce some lace patterns, play with colors, add some buttons, etc…
