Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This easy to work pattern helps producing a dense and warm hat, with a smart use of yarn weights held together or alone - for quick and mindless shaping that still achieves the desired volume: It is worked in DK weight and Sport weight yarn, to effortless knit a wider body without the need to increase stitches.
This Jumper uses intricate stripes to enhance the relaxed shaping on the body. The textured colour-work on shoulders and sleeves gives this design an interesting focus point and is complemented by the curving stripes at the yoke and the bottom half of the garment.
Knitting: Sleeveless Top
A delicate simple top with relaxed shaping for ample drape at the body. Lacy eyelets on shoulders, sleeves and the garment’s sides flow into a flattering, curved hem, while playful textured details finish off the short sleeves and in combination with the centred increases produce a slightly puffed shape right above the cuff.
This ample Cardigan, named in honour of the ultimate dandy Beau Brummell, showcases subtle and understated details with it’s textured striping where the material itself becomes the focus (exchanging a single yarn stripe with a stripe where both yarns are held together), a simple stitch pattern and decorative finishing.
