Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
I like the look of a winter vineyard when the grapevines have lost their leaves and the vines are exposed in all their twisty glory. This shawl is meant to evoke rows of grapevines sleeping in a winter vineyard awaiting the arrival of spring.
Knitting: Cowl
I am always attracted to fully reversible accessories, and I also like lengthwise striping. Using the Honeycomb Brioche stitch worked in the round in two colors creates an interesting mix of texture and color on both sides of the fabric. Knitting: Scarf
I love reversible scarves, since you do not have to worry about which side is showing. An intriguing brioche stitch variation was used to both make the scarf fully reversible and also very warm since the fabric created is double thickness.
