Laura is a crescent shaped shawl worked from side to side in one piece, both the body and the edging. With this construction, you don’t have to worry about run out of yarn. Just make sure you weigh your yarn in the beginning and do the other half when halfway through (or a little before, to be safe).

Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Reminiscence is a crescent-shaped shawl worked from the bottom up. I really enjoyed working on this shawl as the repeats are easy to memorize yet not boring. The lace pattern is on both RS and WS rows so there are no rest rows or purl rows. There are a few stitches that are new to me and are very interesting to knit.

Blue Lagoon Shawl is a triangular shawl that can be made with only one skein of sock yarn. If you have leftover coordinating color of that 1 skein of sock yarn, it’s even better!
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Liliiflora is another name of the purple magnolia flower. I saw a lot of these flowers blooming beautifully in the early spring during my trip to southern China, and was inspired to create a shawl that incorporated this motif.

In certain angle, this pattern looks like 3D blocks to me. It reminds me of the buildings in the big cities, hence the name. This scarf begins with stitches cast on for the lace edge along the two lower sides, then stitches are decreased to produce a triangle shape.

Knitting: Coat / Jacket
As you are aware that I always writing my patterns using 2 weight yarns, fingering/4 ply/sport and DK weight. The reason is because I always enjoy knitting with lightweight yarn, but I understand that most people don’t. One exception is my Sage Cardigan Pattern. Sage Cardigan was my first pattern and the only pattern that was not written in 2 di...
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
A lot of triangular shawls have you cast on a few stitches at the center of the neck, then work outward, each row getting progressively longer, ending with the cast off being the two non-top edges. I find myself very excited at the beginning, but getting progressively less patient with the longer and longer rows as the initial infatuation fades.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
I saw so many gorgeous knitted shawls out there that I would love to knit, but somehow I could not find a crocheted shawl pattern that I would like to make. So, I decided to design my own crocheted shawl. I made 2 versions of this shawl. One is a scarf (smaller) and the other one is a shawl (bigger). I hope you will enjoy making this pattern!
Crochet: Ornamental Flower
Like the name, this crocheted flower required no seaming at all. You work in continues motion. Perfect for stash busting or last minute gift. It only takes less than 1 hour to make. This lovely flower is perfect for a brooch, bracelet, hair pin, hair crunchy, etc. Your imagination is the limit.
Knitting: Pullover, Dress
The Lace sleeves Sweater is a sweater with laces on the sleeves and is echoed in the bottom part of the sweater which gives it a romantic and feminine look. The smocking look-a-like stitch in the waist not only causes the sweater to cinch the waist but also adds an interesting detail in this sweater. This sweater can be worked in a light weight ...
Knitting: Dress
I made this dress for Lauri. It’s very simple and easy to make. To make it special, I put slightly ruffles sleeves and ruffles dress and also two pockets to put in some sweets. It’s a perfect dress to play.
Knitting: Tee
The idea of this design came to me after I saw a nice lace pattern on one of my knitting books. The name of the lace pattern was “Falling Leaves” so I decided to keep the name. This is a very simple and cute top with some lace on the edge and button details on the sleeves. You can also make it longer and wear it as a dress. I imagine...
Knitting: Cardigan
I designed this cardigan because I wanted to try to make cable motifs. Since I didn’t want to overwhelm myself, I just added cable motifs in the neck, sleeve and waist, just enough to accentuate this cardigan.
