I feel a slight feeling of panic rising in my body and head. At home I feel safe so far but I am already afraid of the moment when I have to leave the house next time. So I got the idea to knit a cowl that supports and strengthens me psychologically. Inspired by a comic (evil) superhero the “Strength Me” cowl was created.
Knitting: Cowl
This cowl was inspired by my workshops at Shetland Wool Week 2019, where we knitted a small Swiss flag. Two balls were left because someone couldn’t come to the class and at home, this cowl with a traditional Fair Isle pattern, which funny enough contains small Swiss flags, was created.
