Crochet: Market bag (slouchy)
This net shopping bag has been designed to pack away into its attached pouch for convenience when it’s not in use. By making the bag with size 10 thread and a large (3.75/US F) hook, the bag uses less thread so it can pack away into a smaller space. However, the cotton thread and net construction mean the bag is also still very strong. The file...

My state (WA) has just banned single-use plastic bags. As a result, many stores are now stocking the thicker (2+ mil), reusable plastic bags. This rainbow blanket is made using 3 threads of Knitpicks’ Curio #10 held together, creating a lush, marled effect. The ombre is achieved by changing out one color at the end of each pair of rows. Curio is significantly softer to the touch than regular size 10 cotton thread, and makes a wonderfully warm blanket.
